For people who already work in Claude or ChatGPT
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to LinkNGo
The LinkNGo MCP server gives your AI tools a safe way into your outreach workspace. Ask in plain English, and the AI looks things up, drafts replies, builds campaigns and sets up signal triggers, while LinkNGo's limits and checks stay in force.
Connect in two minutes
- Server address. Use this in your AI tool's custom connector or MCP settings:
https://www.linkandgo.net/api/mcp - Sign in. Connector-capable clients such as Claude open a LinkNGo sign-in window and ask you to approve access. For other clients, create a key in Settings under API keys and send it as
Authorization: Bearer <key>. - Choose how much it can do. A read-only key can look things up and draft replies. A write key can also search for prospects, build draft campaigns and take the actions listed below, always through the same safety checks as the app.
Things to ask
- "Show me who changed jobs in my network this month."
- "Which replies need me today? Draft an answer for the top three."
- "Build a draft campaign for IT services founders and show me the steps."
- "For my 'Warm intros' campaign, enroll people who started a new role and had a strong signal."
- "How is my funnel this week compared with the last 30 days?"
What it can do
Look things up
Read-only. These never change anything.
sophia.search_contactsSearch the contacts in your workspace.sophia.find_emailLook up a work email for a contact.sophia.get_campaign_statsContacts attached, replied and accepted for each campaign.sophia.get_recent_repliesThe latest replies, with sentiment.sophia.get_activityRecent LinkedIn activity from your accounts.sophia.get_analytics_overviewYour funnel over a window: invites, accepts, messages and replies.sophia.get_team_analyticsTotals per rep and per LinkedIn account.sophia.list_saved_searchesYour saved search monitors, with schedule and last run.sophia.get_inbox_priority_queueThreads waiting for a reply, ranked by buyer intent.sophia.get_meeting_statusUpcoming meetings and the last 30 days booked and no-shows.sophia.score_contact_icp_fitScore contacts against a saved ideal customer profile.sophia.get_crm_sync_statusWhether your CRM sync is healthy: synced, queued or failed.sophia.list_signalsBuying signals from the last 30 days: new roles, engagement with your posts, interested replies.sophia.get_signal_triggersHow a campaign reacts to signals and what it would have matched.
Draft, search and build (none of these sends a message by itself)
Draft Reply works with a read-only key. Search Prospects and Build Campaign need a write-enabled key. A built campaign is always a draft with no contacts.
sophia.draft_replyThree reply drafts (warm, professional, quick) in your voice for an inbound message.sophia.build_campaignBuilds a full step sequence from a short brief. Always saved as a draft with no contacts.sophia.search_prospectsRuns a real LinkedIn search now, saves the people it finds as contacts and returns the counts. If you give it a campaign, it also enrolls them there.
Take action (needs a write-enabled key)
These change things, and the same safety checks as the app apply.
sophia.send_inviteSends a LinkedIn connection request through the full safety stack: limits, send window, suppression list.sophia.add_to_best_friendsPlatform operators only: adds a profile to the operator drip list. It is refused for ordinary customer workspaces.sophia.set_signal_triggersTurns signal-based enrollment on or off for a campaign.
Two ready-made prompts are included too: sophia.draft-followup drafts a follow-up for one contact, and sophia.campaign-health-check reviews a campaign and suggests next steps.
What it will not do
- Delete data, activate a campaign or get around the send limits. Those stay in the app.
- Show you another customer's workspace. Every call checks that you are a member.
- Treat text from your contacts as instructions. It is fenced as data before the AI sees it.
Frequently asked questions
What is the LinkNGo MCP server?
It lets AI tools you already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT, talk to your LinkNGo workspace: look up contacts and replies, draft responses, build campaigns and turn signal-based enrollment on. You work in the AI tool you prefer, and LinkNGo does the outreach work with its safety checks intact.
Do I need my own API access for the AI model?
No. The AI tool uses its own model access. LinkNGo only exposes your workspace to it through the connector.
Can the AI tool send messages without my approval?
Not past the safety stack. Sending an invite goes through the same limits, send window and suppression list as the app, and a read-only key cannot send anything. Building a campaign always saves a draft with no contacts, and nothing starts until you activate it.
What does the AI tool see?
Only the workspaces you are a member of, and only what the tools return. Text that came from contacts, such as names and reply bodies, is fenced before it reaches the AI tool so it is treated as data, not instructions.
How long does a sign-in connection last, and how do I disconnect?
A connection made through the sign-in window works for 90 days, then you connect again. To disconnect sooner, revoke its key in Settings under API keys; the connection stops working right away. Tool results are returned to the AI tool for that conversation, and LinkNGo keeps the same records it already keeps for your workspace. See the privacy policy for how that data is handled.
How do I connect it?
In a connector-capable client such as Claude, add a custom connector with the server address below and sign in. For other clients, create an API key in Settings under API keys, choose read-only or write access, and send it as a Bearer token.
