What to compare
- Account safety. LinkedIn can restrict accounts that behave like a robot. Ask what daily and weekly limits the tool enforces by default, whether it warms up new accounts, and whether you can stop everything with one switch.
- Channels. LinkedIn only, or LinkedIn plus email in one sequence? Coordinating channels stops you messaging the same person twice on the same day.
- Replies. Who handles replies? Most tools send messages and leave replies to you. Some sort and draft them. Replies are where meetings come from.
- How it is priced. Per account, per seat, per credit or per contact. The model changes the real cost a lot as you add accounts or clients. Check each vendor's current pricing yourself, it changes often.
- Teams and agencies. If you run outreach for clients, look for a workspace per client, your own branding and sensible pricing as you add accounts.
- Control. Can you approve messages before they send, undo one that just went out, and see exactly what was sent and why?

LinkedIn-focused automation
Built around LinkedIn: connection requests, messages, profile visits and follow-ups. Pick one of these when LinkedIn is the channel and you want a specialist.
HeyReach
HeyReach is LinkedIn-only sending built for agencies and teams that run many sender accounts.
Strength: Multi-account LinkedIn sending built for agencies, with a unified inbox, a per-sender price that is lower than LinkNGo for LinkedIn alone, and a flat-fee Agency plan with white-label.
Best for: Agencies and teams that want LinkedIn-only campaign sending across many sender accounts at the lowest per-sender cost.
Waalaxy
Waalaxy is a LinkedIn prospecting tool with three per-user plans, and only the top plan includes cold email.
Strength: Approachable setup, ready-made sequences, a 14-day trial on each paid plan and a low entry price, which makes it a popular first prospecting tool.
Best for: Individuals and small teams who want a simple, guided way to run LinkedIn prospecting themselves at a low entry price.
Expandi
Expandi is a cloud LinkedIn automation tool with one self-serve plan and a custom Agency plan.
Strength: A cloud, LinkedIn-focused tool with profile warm-up, dedicated country-based IP addresses and a white-label agency plan, so campaigns run without a browser open.

Dux-Soup
Dux-Soup is a LinkedIn automation tool sold as a local desktop plan or a cloud plan.

Best for: Individual users who want LinkedIn automation at the lowest cost, run from their own machine or from its cloud.
Zopto
zopto.com now redirects to Zeekeo, whose own site does not mention Zopto, so we cannot say from Zeekeo's pages whether the two are the same product.
Strength: A LinkedIn, email and calling launchpad with a done-for-you option and white-label dashboards for agencies, on monthly billing with no long contract.
Best for: Teams who want a done-for-you service, or a do-it-yourself launchpad covering email, LinkedIn and calling.
Meet Alfred
Meet Alfred is a multichannel outreach tool where LinkedIn is on every plan and email starts at the second tier.
Strength: Multichannel sequencing that puts LinkedIn, email and X in the same campaign, a LinkedIn inbox on every plan, and a low-priced entry plan.
Best for: Teams who want to build and operate multichannel sequences themselves and want white-label on a mid-priced plan.
Linked Helper
Linked Helper is desktop software: its pricing page says it runs on your own computer or a VPS you control, not on its servers, and the computer must be on for campaigns to run.
Strength: A feature-rich desktop tool with 30+ campaign action types, a built-in inbox and AI features, at a very low per-license price that falls further with volume and longer terms.
Best for: Technical users who want to configure LinkedIn automation in detail, run it on their own machine, and pay the least.
Dripify
Dripify is a cloud drip-campaign tool for LinkedIn and email.
Strength: Straightforward cloud drip campaigns for LinkedIn and email on a simple per-user price, with a no-card trial.
Best for: Individuals and small teams who want simple drip sequences across LinkedIn and email at a low per-user price.

Strength: A low entry price, quick setup, a built-in lead finder with unlimited leads on every plan, and a unified inbox for all your LinkedIn conversations.
Best for: Solo founders and individuals who only need LinkedIn, want the lowest entry price, and would rather start from a built-in lead finder than source their own list.
LinkedIn plus email in one sequence
Tools that run LinkedIn and email steps from a single sequence. Pick one of these when you want both channels coordinated.
Lemlist
Lemlist is a sequencer sold in two tiers: an Email plan, and a Multichannel plan that adds LinkedIn steps (read on Lemlist's pricing page, 2026-10-25).
Strength: Personalization and a polished sequence builder, with LinkedIn steps available on the Multichannel plan.
Best for: Reps who want a hands-on sequence builder with strong personalization features and who will manage the campaign day to day.
Skylead
Skylead is an all-in-one LinkedIn and email outreach tool sold as a single per-seat plan.
Strength: A genuinely all-in-one package: LinkedIn and email in smart sequences, a built-in database and email warm-up on one plan, plus an agency tier with a unibox.
Best for: Operators who like designing conditional LinkedIn and email flows and want a built-in database and email infrastructure in one plan.
La Growth Machine
La Growth Machine is a multichannel outreach tool that prices per identity, meaning one connected sender profile.
Strength: Visual multichannel sequences with enrichment and warming steps, plus X and calls on higher plans, and a no-card trial.
Best for: Small teams and solo founders who want multichannel sequences, including X and calls, and are happy to manage sequence logic themselves.
Reply.io
Reply.io is a multichannel sales engagement platform.
Strength: A broad engagement platform with many channels and integrations, and a separate AI SDR product for teams that want one.
Best for: Teams wanting a broad engagement platform they configure and operate, across email, LinkedIn and calls.
Salesflow
Salesflow describes itself as social and email outreach software, with an agency page that lists a white-label dashboard where you add your branding and give clients their own inbox and reports.
Strength: A dedicated agency and reseller program with white-label branding and client dashboards, which is a real advantage for agencies that mainly run LinkedIn.
Best for: Agencies that want an established reseller program with their own branding and client dashboards.
Data and email-first tools
Strongest on contact data, enrichment or cold email sending, with LinkedIn as a smaller part. Pick one of these when finding or emailing prospects is the main problem.
Apollo
Apollo is a contact database first.
Strength: A large built-in contact and company database with a free plan, which makes it a natural place to start when your first problem is finding data.
Best for: Teams whose main need is a big prospect database with email and call sequencing on top, and who are happy to triage replies themselves.
Clay
Clay is a data workbench: you build tables that enrich prospects through many data providers, and you pay in actions and data credits.
Strength: Powerful waterfall enrichment across many data sources, plus an AI research agent (Claygent) and a free plan to build on.
Best for: Ops teams who want to build custom enriched lists and data workflows, and who will wire up the sending themselves.
Amplemarket
Amplemarket is a sales platform combining a B2B contact database, intent signals, an AI copilot and multichannel sequences.

Best for: Sales teams who want a data platform plus sequencing and have the budget for a larger platform on an annual term.
Instantly
Instantly is built around cold email at volume: you connect sending accounts and its plans are sized by emails per month and uploaded contacts, with an AI Reply Agent listed on its site.
Strength: Email-sending scale with a large plan ladder and an AI Reply Agent, aimed at people for whom inbox placement is the whole game.
Best for: High-volume, email-only cold outbound where sending capacity and deliverability are the main constraint.
Smartlead
Smartlead is cold-email infrastructure for agencies.
Strength: Email infrastructure at scale: unlimited mailboxes on every plan, client workspaces from the Pro plan, and a low entry price.
Best for: Agencies running email-only cold outbound across many client mailboxes who want the lowest entry price.
Enterprise sales engagement and AI SDR agents
Larger platforms and tools that aim to run outbound with little human work. Pick one of these for a bigger team or when you want an agent to do the work.
Outreach
Outreach is an enterprise sales engagement platform with quote-only pricing: its pricing page (now at outreach.ai) lists Amplify Essentials, Core, Plus and Pro, priced per user with consumption-based AI credits, and asks you to contact the team for dollar figures.
Strength: Enterprise depth: sequences, AI agents, reporting and forecasting for large revenue teams, with a dialer and the usual CRM and meeting integrations.
Best for: Large sales organizations standardizing rep workflows, forecasting and coaching on one platform.
Artisan
Artisan sells Ava, an AI BDR its homepage describes as running outbound end to end: finding and enriching leads, writing and sending outreach, handling replies and booking meetings, with B2B data, sequencing, a dialer and intent signals consolidated in one product.
Strength: An all-in-one AI BDR with its own B2B data, so there is no separate database to buy or list to bring.
Best for: Teams that want a single AI product to cover data, sequencing and a dialer, and are comfortable with an autonomous BDR.
11x
11x sells AI agents for sales teams, with its homepage describing agents for email, social and voice calls, and asks you to book a demo: we found no pricing page, and 11x.ai/pricing returned a not-found error on 2026-10-25.
Strength: A well-known AI SDR product with voice agents as well as email and social, built around an AI worker that does outbound prospecting.
Best for: Sales teams evaluating a dedicated AI worker that includes voice, and comfortable buying through a demo.
LinkNGo (our product)
LinkNGo is an AI sales agent called Sophia. She runs LinkedIn and email outreach from one sequence, sorts every reply, drafts responses in your voice for your approval and helps book meetings. It enforces per-account safety limits and warm-up, has an undo window and a one-tap killswitch, and agencies can run a workspace per client under their own brand.
Choose it when you want the outreach and the replies handled, with you approving what matters, and you want LinkedIn and email coordinated. See how it compares with each tool above.
Skip it when your main need is a large built-in contact database, when you only want high-volume cold email sending infrastructure, or when you want to work every step by hand with no agent. It is also a newer product with fewer public reviews than the established tools above.

Questions
What is the best LinkedIn automation tool?
There is no single best one. It depends on the job. For LinkedIn only, a LinkedIn specialist fits. For LinkedIn plus email, a multichannel sequencer fits. For prospect data, a data tool fits. For an agent that runs the whole motion, an AI SDR fits. This page groups tools by that job and says who each is for.
Is LinkedIn automation safe?
It carries real risk. LinkedIn restricts accounts that behave like bots, and automation can go against its terms. Lower risk comes from conservative daily and weekly limits, warming up new accounts, steady volume and being able to stop everything quickly. Our published numbers on acceptance and reply rates show what typical results look like so you can spot a campaign that is off.
Which tool is cheapest?
Pricing models differ (per account, per seat, per credit), and vendors change prices often, so a price list here would go stale. Compare the current pricing pages for your number of accounts, and count the cost of anything the tool leaves for you to do by hand, such as handling replies.
How did you choose these tools?
We reviewed each tool from its public positioning and wrote what it is best at. We did not run them side by side, and we are not a neutral party because we make one of them. Check each vendor's current features and terms before you buy.
